Key Responsibilities

Turning over guest rooms - dusting, vacuuming, linens, bathroom deep cleaning, restocking of essentials.

Common areas - helping to deep clean, wash dishes, and keep spaces tidy when operations staff need an extra hand.

Laundry - sort, treat, wash, dry, fold, and restock. The sheer amount of laundry that goes through a business like ours is shocking at first, but for someone who enjoys the challenge, it can feel great to watch the pile disappear by the end of the day. We have a laundry chute, so we’re able to easily transfer dirty laundry from rooms to the laundry downstairs. Bringing laundry up to the linen closets requires multiple trips with a heavy basket (sometimes up to 30lbs).


Additional Details

For this specific role, hours are generally between 9am and 2pm but vary in duration. We also require some flexibility with scheduling as guests can book last-minute which can impact work availability. We of course understand needing to schedule appointments, time off, and so forth, so only expect that week-of housekeeping shifts will be filled a majority of the time. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour with PTO accruing at 1 hr per 40 hours.
